Eat. Crêpe. Love. began as a humble mobile service, born out of Carla Kessel and Tiffany Walker’s determination to share their culinary passion with the community. Starting with a used hot dog cart and two crêpe griddles sourced from France,
Carla and Tiff embarked on their Eat. Crêpe. Love. journey by attending events throughout mid-Missouri. Despite its modest beginnings, the mobile crêperie quickly gained popularity, with patrons lining up for freshly made crêpes filled with various sweet and savory combinations. For seven years, Carla and Tiff built their mobile crêpe business from the ground up while continuing to work full-time in their careers as a New Business Developer for Sysco Foods and a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
As of February of 2024, Eat. Crêpe. Love. has found permanent residency at Acola Coffee Company in downtown Columbia, MO! Beyond its culinary offerings, Eat. Crêpe. Love. embodies Carla’s philosophy of spreading love and joy through food. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, every visit is a delightful experience where customers are greeted with genuine smiles, the aroma of artisan coffee, and freshly cooked crêpes.
